Wilwrights provide both planned preventative, or reactive maintenance services from their network of operatives where ever the building is in the UK. We can attend to the day-to-day work that is required to correct component failures to ensure that, as far as possible, schools, offices, drying rooms, canteens, factories, hotels and the many other types of building can continue to operate safely and efficiently with minimal disruption, despite any unpredicted faults and breakdowns.

We can advise on the maintenance requirements under statutory regulation and legal obligation and provide costs to suit budgets. The reactive work is often minor, in terms of value, such as replacing electric heaters, faulty lights, faulty pumps or failed air conditioning through to a leaking roof, leaking tap or unblocking a drain. However, on occasions, the work can be more involved, such as dealing with more serious vandalism incidents, floods, storm damage or boiler breakdowns. Our planned maintenance regimes can prevent breakdowns in the first instance and help maintain manufacturers warranties.
